GUEST GUIDELINES
Before reserving, please take note of our guest guidelines.
- If you have sensitive eyes or any allergies, please let me know once you arrive.
- If any issues or abnormal fall out occur, this should be reported within 72 hours and a free touch up will be provided. Anything past the 72 hour mark will be additional fees.
- There are no refunds. If you are ever unsatisfied with the service, please let me know before you leave. We will attempt to find a solution or you would be proposed with a free lash removal.
Deposits
Deposits are required to protect both of the guest and lash technician’s time. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless there is an inconvenience on our behalf. This applies to every single service offered.
Be on time
All reservations have a 5 minute grace period. Once it becomes 10 minutes a late fee of € 10 ( EUR ) will be applied. After 15 the reservation is canceled. This service is very time based and the full time slot is needed to complete a set. Lateness also backs up the time for guests after you. Plan ahead when arriving to your lash reservations.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Guests are allowed to reschedule their reservations 48 hours before the appointment through the link in the confirmation mail. If not, you will lose your deposit. You will have to book a new reservation with a new deposit. Any no shows / last minute / same day cancellations = 20% fee of the remaining balance charged with the next appointment. No shows are not tolerated, this will lead to not being able to reserve with us again.
Reservation Prep
To prepare for your reservation, please make sure to arrive with clean lashes and a fresh face. This includes things such any type of makeup. (No mascara, concealer, foundation, eyeliner, lash glue residue and any oils)
If a guest arrives with any type of makeup on, they will be asked to remove it with a makeup wipe. Failure to do so risks in losing their deposit/reservation.
The Lash Longe does not fill in other lash artists work! If a guest arrives with previous lash extensions, they will be charged with removal.
Infills
In order for a set to be considered an infill, you must have 40-50% of your lashes remaining. If a fill is reserved and it turns out to be a full set, your reservation may be rescheduled. If there is enough time, you will be charged for a full set. Reserve accordingly! If you are unsure if your lashes qualify for an infill, please feel free to contact me.
